Hotmail is blocking our emails, I spent hours on the phone with them and did everything they asked but I still get blocked every once in a while. If you are using this free email service please add my email to your white list or move to Gmail it is much better...

- We installed a new ticketing system to help keep us organized. We were having issues with spam filters and keeping track of questions coming in and inquiries falling by the wayside. Click on the contact us link to the left to give it a try.
- Please be sure to add info "@" mamemarquees.com to your exceptions list in your SPAM filters. I have been unable to reach quite a few folks who use free email services such as yahoo and Hot Mail. This will only delay your orders!
- We have had a couple concerned customers lately with how long it takes to recieve an item. It takes roughly 5-7 days to print, laminate, pack and ship your item, plus the chosen shipping time. Some countries such as Australia are now inspecting 100% of imported items and it is taking 10-15 days to go through customs. And Canada is always a crapshoot.... Please plan accordingly.
