• We seem to be having issues with Hotmail.com and yahoo.com as far as people receiving emails.  If you are using one of these free email accounts and have a question, use my ticket system, this way you can log in and check to see if I answered. You can also add our emails to your whitelist.
  

• Jason put another youtube video up, this time installing a marquee.  Some people are confused on how the installation works.  It is really simple once you see it done.

• One of our customers put up a youtube video of applying our sideart.  I think it will give people a better understanding of how it can be done.  It is easy when done correct.  Now if I could just figure out how to embed video...

• We installed a new ticketing system to help keep us organized. We were having issues with spam filters and keeping track of questions coming in and inquiries falling by the wayside.  Click on the contact us link to the left to give it a try.

• Please be sure to add info "@"  mamemarquees.com to your exceptions list in your SPAM filters. I have been unable to reach quite a few folks who use free email services such as yahoo and Hot Mail. This will only delay your orders!

• We have had a couple concerned customers lately with how long it takes to recieve an item.  It takes roughly 5-7 days to print, laminate, pack and ship your item, plus the chosen shipping time.  Some countries such as Australia are now inspecting 100% of imported items and it is taking 10-15 days to go through customs.  And Canada is always a crapshoot.... Please plan accordingly.
